The ground work has begun by our contractors, Waiotahi, as we begin to build the first 15 Affordable Rentals, scheduled for completion by March 2025, with a further 58 homes in the pipeline.<\/div>\n
We are grateful to those who have supported with their funding, knowledge and expertise in this space.<\/div>\n

The project includes 8 one-bedroom kaum\u0101tua units, 5 two-bedroom units, and two three-bedroom units at 15 Golf Links Road.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

This project is an important step towards reducing the financial burden on these houses’ occupants and supporting a home ownership transition.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Te Tohu o Te Ora o Ng\u0101ti Awa is thrilled to collaborate with Waiotahi Construction in creating pathways for local Rangatahi in civil construction, fostering a partnership aimed at generating positive community-wide impacts. We are committed to providing on-the-job training, accredited qualifications through Connexis, and a supportive working environment where individuals can acquire practical skills while earning.
